Great food and service. Bring some warm clothes though, cold in the winter cold in the summer. There is constantly cold air coming from the vents in the ceiling.

They don’t call him Gold Standard Captain for nothin'! Andrew, the store's manager, makes me feel like I’m LUCKY if my favorite item on the menu is out of stock. He can sell me 10-day-old bread and I'd pay top dollar. This guy knows how to treat customers, really great!

food is usually good. Never had an issue besides getting the wrong sandwich a few times. But my biggest gripe is the inconsistency with the smoothies. I got one yesterday morning it was amazing nice and thick like a smoothie should be. I got 2 more today and it was like they forgot an ingredient. Watered down milk is what it tasted like. Disappointed for $7 I'm making yall remake it next time.

Always good. This time I tried the Mexican corn chowder bread bowl. Tasted good and had a bit of a kick to it but then I'm a whimp when it comes to spicy food.

I attempted to order online so I could just pick up my food when I got there but I was having a lot of difficulties with it. Eventually it went through so I went there to pick up my food. They had told me that they were backed up so my order probably just isn’t showing in the screen yet. I the. Got a notification that my order had been canceled. There were a few things in my order that they were out of so my guess is that’s the reason. They didn’t really have one but they were very nice about it and I barely had to wait once I reordered there and as always the food was delicious!

The folks at Meadow st. In Ithaca are always amazing! Cordial and comforting and will always do their best to make you happy! The food is always on point and if you’ve never had a frozen caramel please do it. Love this location and the staff! Take your time and be nice, understand what it takes to make good food and if you’re in a time crunch, please order ahead. Thank you Panera for brightening my day on the regular!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Good food. Love it. Usually short handed so things take a very long time, and the staff are so rushed they don't make eye contacts or make conversation. Poor people are making meals and on to the next. The chicken Mediterranean bowl is delicious.
