Burger King

I delivery in this area everyday and have come to this Burger King before. Today I came here with a coupon for 2 whooper Jr sandwiches and 2 small fries. I presented my coupon and the lady at the counter seemed confused. She then pointed to a number on the coupon but said nothing. I asked her what that meant and she just pointed at the number again. I repeated myself and she began to raise her voice but gave no answer. I told her if she didn't understand, then how could I understand why she wouldn't honor the coupon. She then turned to a customer in line and began speaking Spanish loudly, I guess in frustration that she could not explain why it was not being honored. I told her to lower her voice when addressing me and could I speak to a manager. She replied that she was the manager and proceeded to help the customer behind me, which she was speaking Spanish to. This lack of professionalism and and treatment is unacceptable on all levels and should be treated as such. This could have went really bad if it was a bad day!

Good morning. I want to first thing God for blessing me the live to see a brand new year and a brand new day. Burger King is really not my favorite place did I eat it every now and then I will go by but I usually lunch or dinner time. I'm very particular about my hamburgers and I really don't like the way they make my hamburgers when I specify how I want them they don't do it the correct way. I came across a Burger King and I just looked at it for a second and I went through the drive-thru I was very shocked that a place my order but I didn't get hamburger that I usually do I decided to order some chicken sandwiches and young lady in the drive-thru so polite and also took my order and repeat it back to me and got my food correct. I am a fair person it just sometime when you specify the way you want it and sometime you are allergic to certain vegetables or sauces. She did make my experience a little better than last time. I just want to tell the public about my experiences at different places that I visit I let them know that good or bad to be honest with one another is very important to be honest I was raised that way. What I do appreciate the hard workers that try their best to satisfy customers like me. And I am wishing and praying for everyone to have a wonderful New Year's and always be safe God bless all:-)
