Himalayan Aroma

Looks like Himalayan Aroma is back with new management, authentic taste, fresh and quality food and new items on the menu.. the quantity is great as well as the customer service is top notch. I ordered a Veg Thali & their new Gravy Momo with lemon pepper and its delicious.. I wish the new management to keep it up and to carry forward this consistency always..

When we think about celebrations, Himalayan Aroma is always our first option and it never disappoints. Recently, ordered catering from Aroma, from the starter to the dessert the quality and tastes of everything was outstanding, my chicken choila, goat curry, matar-paneer might have been the best meal I have ever tasted. Service was delightful and very professional. 10/10

Worst Nepalese Restaurant ever around Irving area. Overly priced and low quality food. Also, our manager placed complain with the manager(Ram) there but instead of listening to our complain and look for room for improvement, he was stubborn and irresponsible to accept the customer response for their worst services. This was my worst experience visiting any Nepali restaurant, the food was bad and the price is high, the service was the worst of all, This was my first and the last time visiting this place, I highly suggest no one to visit the restaurant any time.

I miss the old aroma..back then they used to have such a delicious foods but the new management has totally disappointed me as the food didn’t taste good and fresh. As I was going through the previous reviews.. saw the response from the owner on each review and being an owner responding with such a bad attitude is very disgusting and unprofessional. This kind of bad attitude might create a huge issue going forward and also might lose customers. So, please just try to response in a professional and decent way. Thank you 🙏

Got this via Uber eats for lunch. I love curry and I like Nepal style curry. This was AWFUL. It's as if the cap fell off the seasoning container and 25 meals worth dumped in. Then the person cooking it said oh well and made it anyway. Imagine a dish of curry that has half a container of curry powder in it, vs a teaspoon. That was my meal. Huge thumbs down, I agree with the others that said they need a kitchen manager.

This place must have gotten new owners because we went for Father’s Day it was no where near how it usually is. The mango lassi was off I couldn’t figure it out until my daughter told me it had coconut in it- mango lassi does NOT have coconut & thank god I didn’t bring my friend she had severe reactions to it. When I told the waitress she basically shrugged it off like oh well ok next time we’ll make it rite. We didn’t finish 2 out of the 3 glasses of it but they didn’t take it off our $130 bill. I again let them know the lassi wasn’t how it was supposed to be & waitress said oh yeah, next time we make without. That’s not the issue- it’s a HUGE safety concern they need to be aware of. The 7 plates of momo we ordered weren’t as flavorful as usual & they give you the tiniest bit of achar on some tiny little dipping plate & some red sweet spicy sauce on the other- they used to give a nice portion of achar which is exactly what makes momos so amazing. I know my family was disappointed with a few things and was to be a special Father’s Day. Not sure if we’ll be back we used to come 2 times a month as we live in north Plano but not worth the drive anymore it seems. The waitresses also used to dress nice & be polite, now they dress in mini skirts, Ariana grande pony tails & short shirts, it must be the “new dress code” as all the girls were dressed & wearing hair the same
