I tasted great ice cream. I was surprised that they use gloves just only when doing the ice cream (and they take out a NEW pair of gloves). Never had that before!!!! I’ll always come to this place at 2666 Belt Line, Irving, TX. And the staff was fabulous!!! Smiles, Shannon

This is a great quick stop for ice cream or milkshakes, especially on a hot day. They also have tons of pre-packed ice cream & ready made ice cream cakes to buy & take home.

The icecreams pictures are pretty but the flavors are horrible. No taste just too much sugar. Reeses and cookie dough layered sundaes are the worst they look pretty, but the caramel tastes cheap and the cookie dough taste bad. I do not recommend this place

Will never go back to this place now. The server was very kind and polite but when I asked if I can wash my hand before I purchase , she told me that the restroom was out of order and pointed towards manager, who was very very rude with worst costumer service.
None of the employee had nam tag. So, I couldn't note the name . But in this pandmic situation place like this must have a place to wash hands before eating

I went to this location about a week ago and it said online they close at 10pm so we got there at 9:30pm. I know that's super late but I'm pregnant and was craving ice cream. We get there and all the ice creams was pretty much put up and no one even acknowledged us. We told the girl what I wanted and she was confused, probably because she put the ice cream up, so I told her again I wanted the strawberry flavor and she finally heard me but when my fiance asked for another flavor for him self they pretty much rushed him.
I don't understand why they were doing there closing duties at 9:30 but that's the last time I come here.

Samantha was soo great and fast with our order . I’m giving it 2 stars because the man helper or whatever he was just standing there behind her letting her do all the work and making my family feel uncomfortable by just watching us. They didn’t even have all the ingredients that. .

Sunday ready for Ice cream , but There was a Man, just standing around not helping the girls that were working there. Very rude behavior from him, Good service and Ice cream. Except him
