When we first arrived, they were busy enough with large families that they had run out of pizza on the buffet. We only had to wait a few moments for hot fresh pizza. The meal was great and the atmosphere was good considering how busy they were.

Went here for a little celebratory dinner for my son going to the 4th grade!! 🎉 #proudmom lol. It was pretty crowded, but everyone looked like regulars from the table stuffing pizza in there bag to the family of 15 taking up the middle of the seating area. This type of buffet style gives kids a sense of responsibility/coolness. The staff was ok, I believe it's definitely based off the atmosphere in the restaurant when it comes to staff. Fresh pizzas kept coming so that's great!

Clean restaurant, buffet line filled w fresh pizza, cheese bread and hot cinnamon rolls and brownies. The drink area also very clean. The employees during evening shift are doing a great job!

Kids love Cicis but I usually go to the Pioneer location in Grand Prairie not only do they have a better selection but their sense of urgency and selection is above expectations! We decided to visit the south Irving location today, if I knew the kids were gonna have to wait over 25 minutes after sitting down for a small cheese pizza that they love I would have drive that extra mile. After going to the front twice and being ignored by Yuria the employee representing Cicis the pizza was not ready! Then manager acted as if I am at fault here. I understand is rush hour but Yuria needs more customer service training. Avoid this location you will not be satisfied with the small selection they have but if you decide you want a special pizza then be ready to wait at least 30 minutes. I rate them F+++

Food here is just okay. Team members did a pretty good job getting hot pizza on the line, but not a lot of variety. Overall restaurant surfaces looked dirty. In the Era of covid, it is very noticeable. Manger was kind enough to make their famous apple pie crunch dessert pizza.

food was hot and fresh, there were no cinnamon rolls out but the girl with the curly hair made sure to tell me when they were ready , very considerate!
