Subway

No complaints on the food, or the restaurant being clean. But I did have a bad experience my one time going here. I decided to try one of the wraps, because it didn't seem like it costs anything extra. On the menu, they didn't have a price next to that option. However, when I went to pay, the guy added two dollars to my order. I asked him about it, pointing out how the sign didn't advertise the price. His only response was: "I don't know". I walked out paying the extra $2. $2 I'm fine with paying. But getting irritated with deceptive marketing is just not worth it. I'm not coming back.

Very unprofessional staff! I've been here a few times and had things go wrong each time. The big tall girl can't seem to understand basic instructions. You ask for something on half the sandwich and have to repeat yourself several times for her to understand correctly and do it. Saw the manager step out mid rush to smoke a cigarette in front of the store, ew! And so many other small wrongs that shouldn't even have happened! The staff needs retraining or better management because it's sad how hard it is for them to properly and quickly make a sandwich

I usually order on the subway app, which I really like. Its easy to use and I can take advantage of whatever promotion they have. My order is usually ready by the time I drop by to pick up, everyone is courteus and my sub is always good! I tried their scan and pay via the app and it was easy. I think I will keep using it.

Hello again, I'm writing to inform you that I recieved the coupon to replace my sandwich from the O'Connor and 183 subway. However when I went to redeem the coupon at the same location today I again experienced another unpleasant experience. After placing my order and sandwich was made the employee refused to accept the coupon due to the coupon being only acceptable at another store. I explained that coupon was mailed to me due to a prior issue with my last order,,,the young lady- cammie absolutely took it upon herself to refuse my coupon even after her co-worker suggested to accept it. I am extremely disappointed with the repeat unsatisfactory customer service with this subway. I don't understand why I must drive 10 mins to another location. Lastly its extremely disappointing that I choose to be a patron at this location to support a Vietnam veteran owned business. The employees at this location are extremely continually are unwilling to give satisfactory customer service. Lastly after I was refused service the young lady made the statement "what a waste ". Very appalling. THIS WAS THE LAST CHANCE

Walked in to grab lunch and see the worker stare at me and just goes into the kitchen . After washing my hands . I walk up to the front to order. Stood there for about 2 mins nobody comes out . I’m sure they knew I was waiting , but decided to continue with their conversation. I come here all the time and always have chatty employees. Dirty tables and it’s not even busy . How do you run out of bread ? ( Italian Herb and cheese ) gave it 2 stars because it wasn’t always like this back then .
