Denny's

Saturday morning, about 11am. Not very busy. This is our 4th visit so it's a fair assessment. Came in for brunch with my granddaughter. First, no drink service until she was ready to take our food order. I asked for coffee with creamer and my grangdaughter wanted chocolate milk. We both ordered the build you own slams, one from the adult menu and one from the kids. I specified that I wanted the eggs over easy or over medium, depending on the cook, but no runny whites. She said the cooks were very good. My granddaughter wanted her pancakes with chocolate chips. The drinks were delivered. The chocolate milk tasted like lightly flavored chocolate water, and no silverware to stir the coffee. The waitress apologized and said she'd be right back with it. We get the food shortly after. She asked if the eggs were cooked right and I told her, "I don't know. I don't have any silverware". She left to get it and, on the way back, delivered another table's order. When she did finally get back, we pointed out that my granddaughter ordered chocolate chip pancakes and got plain ones. She took the plate back and, after a few more minutes, came back with the same food, just a small handful of chocolate chips thrown onto the cakes. Now, at this point, I don't even want to mention the stuff floating in my coffee, no...it's not creamer. It's not worth sending anything back. I don't have all day to see what else can be messed up. Like I said at the beginning, this is our 4th time here. First was dinner and then 3 breakfasts. The dinner wasn't great but a single visit isn't fair, so we tried breakfast. 1st one wasn't bad. The second was not as good, but this one was a nightmare. Complaining only brings more apologies and there have already been enough of those. I'm leaving tomorrow morning to go back home. This is just a warning to future visitors. Oh, and the tip is because I don't believe any waitstaff should ever work untipped.

I just recently went to this Denny's and I have to say I was blown away by the exceptional customer service that I just received. From the moment I walked in I was greeted immediately and asked if I wanted to a water while I decided on what food I wanted. When I was ready to order the service was quick and the ladies were extremely sweet. I want to give a huge shout out though to Jasmine! She was incredible she made me feel very welcomed and even gave me a free lemonade when I didn't even ask for it! She is amazing I wish I had service like hers back at home. A job well done to Ms. Jasmine! I will definitely remember the service she provided me. My food was absolutely amazing fresh, hot and DELICIOUS!!! 5 stars for this Denny's would 10/10 recommend.

Awesome service. Intelligent conversation and I'll definitely be back. Jasmine is certainly a very good server as well as an amazing person. I'm very happy with the food the time and I'll be back now. She most definitely made my meal worth paying for. You need more real hard workers like her. Thank you Jasmine and Denny's has great decision making skills on hiring her for her position. Very much my favorite dinning experience in a long time. Thank you sincerely William

I haven’t been able to leave a good review for a place in a while, nonetheless a chain restaurant. Post pandemic service has been horrible and places are short staffed but I have to give props to the manger that was working this past Sunday, 3/27/22. My boyfriend and I decided to sit at the “bar” area and were helped by the manager. I originally thought she would just get us our drinks but she took care of us the whole time and her service was amazing. Along with serving us, she was on top of everything. Making sure tables were cleaned and wiped down, coffee cups and silverware were actually clean, running food if she had to, seating customers and more. This is probably one of the best serving experiences we’ve had in a while! We like this location more than others but will definitely be back soon!

Just want to be clear-Jasmine, our waitress, was awesome. Very nice, moved quick, multi-tasked and great attitude despite being short staffed. The overall service was a little slow, but Jasmine’s awesome effort overtook that so I didn’t mind. Jasmine gets a 5 star. Where I was very disappointed was when I went to pay for my food and dealt with another staff member. I called ahead to confirm I could pay with my vouchers I received from our airline. I was told that I could so I presented these vouchers when I paid. The employee that was working the register was newer, so it is understandable if she wasn’t aware how to redeem the voucher. My problem was the horrible attitude, the foul language and the lack of customer service. It was very surprising to me that she was a customer-facing employee with the reaction she had when she couldn’t figure out how to redeem the vouchers. We stood there for about 5 minutes and couldn’t get it figured out so I ended up just paying out of pocket.
