Kudos to Isabel!!! She has provided on both occasions great customer service. She is consistently providing her customers an excellent experience at this Macdonald's. She smiles, actively listens to take order correctly, she's polite and assists customers when they need with their Mc Donald app.
She deserves to be recognized!!!

This environment is good and it is pretty clean. People are nice. The only thing is the indoor playground is kinda dirty, the slide is greasy and there is food on the top. But well if kids don't care and can release their energy here then it is worth it 😁

They should ban high school students coming here. Don’t their parents teach them not to trash public places? Also, the customers here so dumb. They don’t know what they are ordering, don’t know how to use the app, can’t speak English very well. No wonder the employees are impatient and frustrated. It’s not the employees, it’s the customers who are stupid.

Nice place for refreshing while bike riding

Someone crashed into the drive thru ordering screens so they're not working. Someone is outside waiting to take your order sometimes, but if not, then you kind of need to know what you want to order via the speaker.

Its a mcdonalds so you can't expect too much, but for only having a one lane drive thru they are great at keeping it moving and serving hot food. Their ice coffees are good too.

Cheap, reliable and friendly, also has great service, the employees are happy to help you out if you want extra condiments or napkins. Only thing to be aware of is that the drive thru is a little cramped with lots of cars, exiting the plaza is also a little inconvenient. The inside is clean and social distanced though. There's also a supermarket in the same plaza so if you're willing to walk the extra two mins, you can get some fruit or cookies for dessert from Pavilions.

Normally a nice place, but it went a bit bizarre today. Ordered a breakfast combo 4, and asked that the cheese be put "on top" of the egg, (instead of the standard location, which is under the egg).
It came with the cheese on the bottom, but also smothered with Big Mac sauce! Just weirdness.

Our local McDonald's always has great service. As per usual, I ordered via drive-thru and used the mobile app to earn reward points. I ordered a few different things for myself and another family member. Due to current inflation and higher prices, we were satisfied with our overall total. Took about 5 minutes or so from initially waiting in line, to ordering, paying, and receiving our food. The food was great and had no issues.
