Bacchus Secret Cellar

Excellent place for dinner and date night. My husband and I had a really nice dinner of Chilean Sea Bass and Scallops and Risotto - customer service was amazing - Tony and Kim - thank you for the great service! We had a bottle of Taittinger Champagne with dinner and we had Tuna Tartare and Beets and Burrata for appetizers - the food was absolutely delicious! Ray ‘s has the perfect personality- he is amazing!

Don't you love stumbling onto an unexpected gem? Bacchus is a terrific venue for drinks, dinner and music. We came to hear the band, sat at the bar and only had drinks, but immediately wished we'd come for dinner after seeing some mouthwatering plates. Our bartender had crafted an excellent cocktail menu, and I settled on the smokey mezcal old fashioned. The service was friendly and professional, and the staff were obviously well trained. And the live band made a fun atmosphere. We will definitely return and highly recommend Bacchus!

Enjoyed a quiet, relaxing and delicious brunch at Bacchus this morning. The outdoor patio seating area is so nice by the fountain. I've had two of the brunch items on two different occasions and both didn't disappoint. On my first visit I had the Italian Fritata and today the Seafood Enchiladas. Both were delicious! So many wonderful brunch choices it was hard to decide. Also, the service is right on! I will be returning soon, can't wait!

Bacchus is a hidden gem in Irvine. I thought the main focus of the restaurant would be on wine and spirits, however, it ended up being on the cuisine. The dinner that we had at Bacchus was one of the best I have had in awhile. Everything was cooked to perfection and the market fish was clearly the highlight of the evening. I recommend getting the pork belly lollipops - oh my!! Plus, the charcuterie tray. The meats were incredible + when paired with freshly backed (and warm) bread...pure perfection!
