The line was long which is usual for any mcdonalds around lunch time. This McDonald's had the line moving quickly and the order was 100% correct. Which is awesome! Some McDonald's I been too have a hard time doing this.

Did the on app order gave me a confirmation code went to the place drive up because it was raining they said the didn't get it and want me to come in again it was raining I didn't want to go in and get all wet. So I just left no food.

I ordered through the mobile app the other day. Got to the second window and they told me that my card got declined on the mobile order. No big deal I thought. I gave them my debit card and thought nothing of it. I’ve worked fast food before so I get it and I’m always nice to food service workers. But unfortunately when I checked my bank later that day they actually double charged me. The mobile order went through and was not declined. So they charged me twice. I was so mad. Don’t do mobile orders here because they obviously don’t know what they are doing!

the quality of there food has really declined. consistently gets orders wrong. over the past 25 years. management is hateful. but the employees are always usually very friendly kind and helpful.

I ordered a large coffee. Asked for 7 cream and 10 sugar on side and they gave me warm creamer and 3 sugar. The order was correct on screen

Very rude! Will not provide documentation to ex employees when asked! This management is really disgraceful and right down disgustingly rude! Even got rude with someone at a government office. Either new management and better attitudes or shut it down! Simple

Can't say this is my favorite place, 90% of the time they get the orders wrong or you're waiting in line for what feels like an eternity for mediocre fast food. Went last night and the burgers my wife and I got we raw in the middle, we did get a full refund for them but its things like this that make me second guess my choice of going there.
