I had to reorder my drink 3 times and they still didnt get it right. I ordered a Vanilla Ice Matcha Latte (+Vanilla Cold Foam). We got to the drivethrough window and they passed me my drink. I had 1 sip and I knew it was wrong, they made it …
We had a hot chocolate each, using the drive through. Surprisingly nice! And, crucially, it was drinkable straight away, rather than having to let it cool down for fifteen minutes. Others, please take note!

It's ok. Wasn't many customers around, however tables haven't been that clean. Armchairs could be cleaned too.
Staff are amazing very clean. Plenty of seating. Also there is a drive through.
Unfortunately during my visit today I was unable to get anything gluten free. Although service, atmosphere and cleanliness rate high, being able to grab a snack is important. Coeliac disease is not a trend, it's not fashionable and it certainly isn't a choice. It is a disease with consequences.
