Noah you are not at fault personally, but for you to hold a title such as manager, you’ve got a long way to go buddy. You didn’t ONCE ask for my name, my order number, my address …. How were you going to refund my money which was your only resolution to my entire order being wrong? You never once asked for my information , you were very passive aggressive with the way you spoke. I as the customer should not have to call door dash and say “hey I know your driver didn’t do anything wrong, but can you send them back out on a tip less delivery to fix what PANERA messed up? I am a frequent door dash user and do not want the reputation of someone who does that. Shame on you Noah. Seriously, whoever trained you should be embarrassed for your lack of respect to the customer when it comes to situations such as these. Don’t worry about it though, I’ll throw this 50$ order in the trash and never ask for my money back because that’s the customer I am. You’ll just lose my business forever . It is so infuriating when your only resolution is “we will refund your money” . I ordered because I was hungry and needed dinner . Funny how your receipt says “ Accuracy Matters. If your order is not right, please let a manager know”. On the line where a signature should be for quality control, it sits blank. Thank you Panera for ruining my dinner and my night.

If I could give zero stars I would. This being an area with not a lot of food options leaves us all victims to them. Missing items, wrong items, poorly made items are their specialty. I don’t know how more people aren’t complaining. I’ve had enough this time. If you want to be disappointed, eat here. If you want to deal with incompetent management, eat here.

OMG there was an item missing from my door dash (believe it was maybe placed next to the bag and the driver didn’t see it?) and another item that was replaced with something similar. The person who helped me tonight was soooo nice :) they were able to get the missing item delivered along with a voucher which was super nice for the inconvenience. Was not expecting cookies with my second delivery but happy surprise

I ordered from the Inverness Panera today. I don't make it this way very often so I don't get to make it to Panera very often. I went through the drive-thru because I have a small child with me with a lot of energy so it was best not to bring her inside. I'm not familiar with the menu so it takes me a few minutes to look and decide what everybody is going to get. I made sure nobody was behind me to make sure I wasn't holding anybody up as I was ordering and deciding. I ordered my daughters and ordered my granddaughters and ended up not ordering for myself because the girl taking my order at the end of everything I said, is that all is that all is that all... She Had me very flustered and frustrated and she seemed agitated that it was taking me a few minutes. I was literally only in the Drive-Thru a few minutes at most, again with nobody behind me. I ended up not even ordering for myself because at that point I was so upset. I asked the girl when I got to the window if we have a time limit when trying to order and she said technically yes they have a time that they try to abide by. I understand when you got a long line full of people and someone can't make up their mind. Maybe try teaching your employees to have a little better people skills.

Love when they forget to put something from my order in the bag, today will be the last time I get Panera or Doordash! There's always an issue, I don't have the time or patience to call the manager, to be promised something and an apology. No thank you, Doordash doesn't speak English so that's frustrating!!!

I ordered on panera app for delivery to my job. Didn't specify it was thru door dash until order was completed. On app I specified where and the entrance desk. My food ended up in a whole nother side than I specified. Then the driver didn't speak English and trying to explain where to come. I called the store and was told they couldn't do anything to help me bc its door dash. I ordered from your app under my account why wouldn't you be able to refund me? Contact door dash maybe they can help. You will not receive any more of my business!
