Shunking

So disappointing. Order was placed and pick up confirmed for 6.15pm, we arrived and were told to come back again in 20 mins, which we did, then we waited and waited! No one could find our order. Eventually it was found and I think it had been ready for quite some time, it was cold and greasy and truly awful. It's such a shame as we have eaten here previously and it was good, they seemed swamped with Uber orders.

Placed an order to be picked up at 7:38, got ignored when I walked in. There were people rocking up and getting seated and served (after raising their hands) before they even acknowledged I was there. I had to stand right at their POS system/desk to actually get attention. I asked when my order would be ready and couldn’t tell me when just said “soon”…. That was now 40 mins ago. Not to mention I’m standing inside the doorway as there is no other place to sit and wait.

Sorry to say but agree with previous reviews. It used to be really really good here but staff seem swamped with Uber and Menulog orders and food often doesn't come or it is very late. I requested GF and this, in the past, was always accommodated for really well. This time I was told the prawns we ordered only had a bit of gluten in it. Unfortunately for a lot of coeliacs that can be quite an issue. It will be a while before we return but hopefully they will get their act together so we can come back and take advantage of what once was a fantastic Chinese restaurant.

Placed an order online and received a confirmation email saying ready for pickup at 6.05pm. Turned up at 6.05 and was ignored by the staff, then had to wait 30 minutes until I was told there was an issue with two of the dishes. Was continually ignored and had nowhere to sit while I waited for this poor experience to end.😡

This is the first time I write a review on a restaurant as it was an extremely disappointing experience for our family. The food took 1.5 hours to be served, portion was small, cutleries were dirty , service was VERY bad. Quality and food presentation were as if we were dining in a food court. They even forget to serve a few dishes that we ordered and claimed it was served to a wrong table. We will never dine in this restaurant again.

Driven past this place a few times and always said to myself I'm gonna try it one day, well today was that day and boy was I disappointed. First of all, all the young staff manning the front don't seem all that interested but the worst is yet to come. After waiting 35min for my takeaway when I was told 20min when the restaurant not even half full. Had a bad feeling when driving back with the food as the smell just don't have that tasty food smell. I wouldn't call the food expensive but they're definitely NOT value for money. The food were bland, one looked burnt and the other just has the wrong colour all together. Stingy with seafood and vegetables, using cheap ingredients. They also fail the benchmark test which is fried rice. If a Chinese restaurant can't get fried rice right, you're not a Chinese restaurant.
