Oct 29, 2023 - 12:30 pm - We were having a party & went inside to place a large order to go. The man who took our order was extremely helpful. 😀 The wait was not long. / A different man handed me the order. I was checking the food boxes to make sure every thing was there & correct. It was, except the dipping sauces were not included in the Fill-Up boxes. When he saw me looking, then he tried to throw them in a bag. I told him he needed to put them in the boxes. Also, I had to ask for butter & jelly. / The food was excellant & the party guests loved it. 😀 Over-all I was very happy.

There was an issue with the card reader. Reader declined the card and I had to go to the bank for cash. The manager with long fake hair with braids was very rude. She said your cards been declined 5 times and practically threw the papers at me. She mumbled something which I did not here. When I got back from the bank I asked the cashier to read my bank balance. She said there reader probably wasn't working properly. I thanked the cashier and tipped her 5 dollars for her kindness. P.s. I ordered the 12 piece and was shorted 1 piece.

Went and picked up a meal to go, I experienced a lady there named Quanny ( not sure if spelled right). Took my order and the way she communicated to her staff was awesome, while she was waiting for the order to come up she busied herself with wiping the counter and closing the lids to all the sides. Will definitely be back just because of her, great job!!

The food was good. They wait after ordering thru drive thru was 18 minute. I had to pull up and wait. Others behind me was getting there food and leaving. I finally had to go in to see what was going on. The lady in the drive thru seemed like she wasn't having a good day. That's also why u should always try to tip them when u can. It could make there day. Her's it didn't, but it least I cared enough to try. They didn't have a long line inside for the reason for the long wait. There were two making the food plus they lady at drive thru then s 4th person walked in explaining why he was late. Inside the place was very clean and neat. No mess areas or anything. Other than the very long wait. It was good food and made my dad happy, so that is what matters at the end. I thank them for all that they do and go thru everyday. Stay safe.
