Kfc

Went to this location. Waited several minutes for someone to take my order. When the woman finally answered she was rude and her voice was hateful. I did not receive a total amount due. When I got to the window a young female handed me my order, a heavy set ,black female stated that I needed to pay for it. Told her I understand and had I been given a total I would have had payment ready. Told me my total was 31.05. Gave her 40.00 and told her I had the 5 cents. She said its only 5 cents. Gave her the 5 cents. When she gave me my change she did not place it in my hand properly and the wind blew it away. Had to get out of my car and chase it down. How retarded. When I got home I checked the chicken (16)pieces, they were not completely cooked. I had to put them on the oven for 20 minutes. This is worst service ever. I was in this area of food service for 18 plus years. If I had treated customer as I was treated, I would have been reprimanded and or terminated. I did not get receipt. But called the store but no one answered the phone. Boo 👎

I used to love to eat here! But nowadays the girl taking orders is barely understandable, and her large angry manager wants to stand in the window giving me attitude every time. At least my last four times going there were huge disappointments and the worst service I've ever seen. They've shorted me coleslaw and mashed potatoes, then act like I'm lying. No ice in the drinks. This location has went completely down hill in the last year.

Worst service I’ve ever seen. How are you still operating? You never have food, very rude employees who need to quit their job if their so miserable 😖 quit taking it out on others. No manners, pass out free food yet never have anything other than just some chicken. And tell you in the tone that says “deal with it” KFC CORP DO BETTER

My family has been to this KFC many times over the last 3 years. We’ve had issues with waiting a long time for our order in the past but today was the worst. Today will also be our last time coming here. We waited in the drive through today for 15 minutes when an employee informed us that they were no longer serving costumers because they ran out of chicken!! They could have told us before we sat there and waited for 15 minutes. Wasted our time. Customer service is lacking.

They don’t deserve the 1 star! The cashier was nice until I had to drive around & go back in cause my order was missing fries. I was denied a receipt at the window & said the printer was broke. When I went in to get my fries, the printer worked! Went back to my car opened my sandwich it was wrong, went back in! Got accused of being funny by the lady on line. Rude af an told me I couldn’t get a refund. That’s a lie! I called the corp office 🙄
