Want to know a secret? Order one of their number meals and ask for it plain then add the items that you want on Your sandwich such as pickles, onions tomatoes lettuce ketchup ECT.. Hahaha they make you a fresh sandwich every time ! The little gal at the pickup window was very very polite. Good attitude. Way to go.

After 2 disappointments in a row, I figured I would not go back for a while. After 30 min. in line and only 2 customers before me and countless others driving off, I should have told the kids to pick something else. The young man taking orders was nice, but the food was a total disappointment. The previous burgers now almost look like sliders. Not sure how but the burgers were brittle on the ends, nuggets wore different shades of brown, and the fry crumb pieces followed suit. If the food would've been hot I would not make this post, but for that amount of time and all of the above, major disappointment. Again 2 cars before me and I ordered for 4. Am I just picking the old food as part of my order or am I not as unique as I thought I was. I stopped going to the one on Zionsville Rd. as it seemed as though they were never open even the few times when employees on the inside tell me they are closed after sitting in the drive-thru. Oh, and that happened during anytime of the day.

There's not a single wendys in this world that can get my order right and my order is extremely simple. Just a Daves Double Combo which almost always turns into a baconator somehow. This establishment says they are open till 1am but they close at 11pm. They also kept getting my mobile order wrong and forgot the fries for 2 meals. When we went back through the line and asked for the other fries they only put one and forgot the other. They were also not busy at all when they messed this up but had maybe around 5 workers inside the building.

Went there today and they were open. Got to speaker on drive thru they said they weren't taking any orders. Shows the intelligence of the people running store. If your not taking orders because you can't figure out how to run a simple drive thru with 2 people working then close the store. Take my advice if you gave to drive 20 min out of your way to goto another wendys it will be well worth it. Most other stores have competent people working. Not this one.

I just came through the drive-thru and ordered a salad a cheeseburger with no pickle and a large frosty. Paid $16+. My frosty was the only thing correct. Its not that i dont like pickle...i can't eat them and of course I has pickle on my 4 dollar cheese burger. Now my southwest avocado salad. I requested crispy chicken, so of course I has to pull forward to wait on it. May thought was...thats okay, it will be fresh. Boy was I wrong. They lettuce was more brown than green and the avocado was BROWN, which is now all over my chicken. I paid $16 plus for a large chocolate frosty.
