Daylight Donuts

After a year I was stop buy my favorite Bismarck donuts. This place was my favorite place for purchase donuts. First shock after open the box, they are tiny, looks a way from look I know. Second shock Bismarck was nasty lemon test cream, without any powder sugar on the top. Test was a miles away from good Bismarck what they usually have here. So I believe they change owner or something like that and for me definitely this place doesn't work anymore 😒 I'm definitely talking about Blue Springs Daylight Donuts and the donuts looks different & they also test different :(

Really Jenny, where was this care and concern when my daughter who was one of the best managers you had was having severe health issues and needed off to go to the doctor and you so unprofessionally told her she either come into work or she needed to figure SOMETHING OUT. That was a horrible thing to do to someone who bent over backwards to please you. Just so your aware my daughter was diagnosed with a rare incurable disease. Perhaps if you would take more interest in not only your company but your employees your donut shop wouldn't be going down the toilet. I wonder how the Elders would feel?

Have been going here for years and that's why I gave 3 stars instead of 1. Seems like the quality of product and service has been going downhill. The family that used to run it every weekend that i went is no longer there. Such a shame. Used to be a good Sunday morning donut stop. Edit in response: I wish you the best of luck. It's not the new faces. It's the new quality and service that leaves something to be desired. Have a good day Ps...gave another shot today 12-12-21. Locked the lobby as I was walking up as another man had just left the lobby. Only 2 shelves of donuts. Yeah, this place has gone downhill with no chance of recovery. Can we get the old owners back?
