Denny's

I went to the location on Rockside for my 45th bday and let me tell the world. I had the best pancakes in the world. The salted caramel banana cream pancakes were a party to my palate. The crunchy topping along with the caramel and bananas were everything. You must try it. I know it looks too sweet but it is perfect you won’t be disappointed. I ordered the red skin potatoes instead of the hash browns and they were amazing. Enjoy and don’t wait too late.

Horrible. The waitress didn't even introduce herself and up and said what you want. Then 1 of us got salmon that wasn't even cooked and inside was all raw. The other person got steak, the steak was suppose to be med well. It was almost raw and so bad that it was too tough to cut into. Terrible. They dropped their standards so far. The food came out fast but too fast. Even another customer said theirs was raw too. I am NEVER COMING BACK. Oh and the waitress kept telling us to hand her stuff or move stuff for her so she could set it down.

This Denny's changed my opinion of all-day breakfast serving, chain diners! I love this place! Little to no wait time for a table. The food is great . I especially like "The Big Dipper Melt" 😊 However, the staff is the best part of this particular Denny's location. I have yet to meet a server I didn't care for. They are all very friendly and great at their job.

I feel so bad for these workers!! They are clearly trying to give everyone the best service, and I understand it’s hard finding night shift workers right now, but there’s no reason people should be calling and complaining that they aren’t open when they are!! I was sitting at my table and the poor server kept getting asked why they aren’t 24 hours when they’re trying their best. There was only three people I could see running around working on a Sunday night after 11pm and they did an amazing job. The workers speak kindly, they try to give every customer the right amount of attention. The food is delicious, it’s always perfect when I come in.

My Son took me there early Mother's Day morning. At the time We went, it was a small crowd, but not overly crowded. Our waitress never came to the table to introduce herself, take our drink order or anything after 15-20 minutes of sitting there. We stopped another waitress passing by to serve her tables. She took our drink orders, food orders etc. She brought our orders, refilled my coffee, brought everything we asked for and went beyond what she was suppose to do. After we were pretty much done eating, the lady who was suppose to be our waitress, finally came over, introduced herself as our waitress, sat the check on the table and left. Needless to say, we made sure we gave the young lady who did all the work a tip in her pocket, and nothing for our so-called waitress who did nothing but brought the check. The food is usually pretty good. Cooked just how you ordered it, but it was just okay this particular day.
