ORDERED A BIG BOX. WAS TOLD POP MACHINE WASN’T WORKING AND WOULD GET EXTRA BISCUITS, ONLY 1 BISCUIT WAS GIVEN. IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN 2 FOR THE VALUE OF THE DRINK. GET UP TO WINDOW AND PAY. HANDED ORDER AND TOLD THEY DON’T HAVE AN SAUCE.
THIS IS A RIPOFF! I PAID FOR DRINK AND SAUCES AND WAS SHORTED IT BECAUSE POOR MANAGEMENT! SO THE LOCATIONS POOR MANAGEMENT RESULTS IN RIPPING OFF CUSTOMER AND MORE PROFIT FOR THEM. CHARGING FOR PRODUCTS THAT THEY DIDN’T DELIVER!

Terrible service. Lady at drive through was rude. Told me to pull into a handicapped parking spot to wait for my food, but I pulled into a spot further away instead. Waited over 15 minutes for my simple order. Went inside, once they saw me they started putting my order together so I had to wait another 5 minutes. Got home and the chicken was awful looking (see photo). They even upcharged me for the extra breast I requested but it seems they forgot it. Seriously the worst experience at a fast food establishment ever. You should really consider never stepping foot near this place.

They were amazing afet a order Fiasco at another store. We stopped at this KFC and they were able to help us out and fill our short notice order of 150 pieces of chicken. They were extremely nice and took great care of us. Let's just say they got a 60.00 tip given to the manager to share with everyone working at that time. We will be ordering our chicken from there on our potluck dinners from now on.

Ordered an extra side. They forgot it. Had to go back and ask for it. Then had to wait for them to see if I got it. Then they had to prepare it.

The worst KFC I've ate. The whole chicken was overcooked and the strips were undercooked. Not even edible. The KFC on the other side of Noland is much better.

Like the food..sometimes. But that's about it. Lonnnngg wait times even for side dishes. Store usually a mess and be ready to slide, grease is all over the floor like it's been mopped with it. Store has been there for years, i dont go often at all because I worry about cleanliness and what exactly I'm eating. Like last resort I'm starving I'll go here. Hate the driveway too.
