The Willows

Wow!!!! Very beautiful hall, easy to locate, very clean and fresh. The environment and the decoration was simple but classy. Very clean ladies toilets with enough toilets that there was no need to queue to use the toilet. Plenty of parking spaces. I am definitely going to use them anytime I have a party or function. Great place.

My sister’s wedding reception took place at the Willow on 10th September 2023. The catering was also supplied by Silantro London Willows done exceptionally well in delivering a service which was to a very high standard. We had over 500 guests and each and everyone complimented on how amazing the welcome drinks, canapés, starters and the main dishes were There was plenty of choice for starters and mains. Furthermore, the portion sizes were good and there was plenty of food nothing went short. The cleanliness around the banqueting suite and washrooms was maintained throughout the event. The guests loved there over 5 different choices for desserts. And the fresh jalebi stand was absolutely amazing.. everyone loved it. I am so glad we went with Willows and Silantro London. Prior to the big day we were invited to x2 taster events.. we got to try different dishes to help us decide on the perfect menu. Thank you so so so much to Mina and the team for making my sisters big day perfect 😍

I would like to thank all of the staff at the Willows for helping to deliver an amazing wedding reception. From the very beginning Mina was extremely helpful and accommodating in dealing with our requests and queries, everything was dealt with in a professional manner. She was clear and concise on each process of the booking. On the day of the reception all of the staff were polite and professional and made sure all of our guests were well looked after. Our guests all commented afterwards on how great the party was and how much they enjoyed themselves and this was partly down to the willows staff alongside the other vendors present on the day. I would also like to say a special thank you to Pooja and Sonu who made me and my wife comfortable on the day by going the extra mile to make sure we were well looked after.

A seamless, stress free process, unlike most families I did not have a fleet of siblings to support my own wedding planning, with my sister booked in for work experience with the NHS and then UCL 3 week intensive medical doctor summer programme I had to go it alone, my father was organising the Pakistan leg of my wedding (my wife was from there and we brought her over) and was occupied with that - Aamina from the Willows made the entire process stress free and seamless, very responsive at almost every hour of the day and a very personable approach, always helpful and offered great value for money in everything she did, a very talented sales executive and the Willows is very lucky to have her, no tension, no aggro - was accommodating all the way and the event ran very smoothly, great feedback from families who felt it was an event with a real touch of grace and class and was a premium, VIP experience for everyone involved. Thank you to the Willows for making my Waalima, my final event of my marriage, one that I hope people will remember for a lifetime, as I certainly will.

Very nice venue and surroundings. From the moment we arrived the hospitality was on point with the drinks and canapes. When the food was served at our tables I must say 'Fatiha' done a splendid job in ensuring that we were well catered for and food and drink were aplenty and all served with a smile. A steller job between Willows and Elite catering. Well done and thank you, especially to Fatiha!!!
