Excellent service, really tasty food. Only second time we’ve been. First time was two years ago, but will definitely go again sooner next time.Returned for a family meal. Last visited seven years ago! Not disappointed. Seven of us greeted warmly. Decided on a set meal with some extras. Really nice food, lovely genuine staff we were there for three and a half hours!

Will definitely be returning and will try some of the less common dishes. Visited Saturday 16th March.

Very friendly and very busy for a Tuesday night. The food tonight was all good, especially the dumplings, satay, and char sui pork. The shredded beef was slightly too sweet for me and a bit too similar to the shredded chicken starter. This was all from the western half of the menu; next time I'm keen to try the traditional szechuan and northeastern Chinese part of the menu.

Finally, a truly authentic Chinese restaurant provided by an experienced head chef trained in Sichuan cuisine and with roots in north west China. Skip the to the back of the menu for the authentic dishes including fresh sea bass in fragrant oil and other regional classics.
Highly recommended and will be a regular visitor.

Very nice on a Friday evening. Good, attentive service. Food was fresh & appealing. Portions not very large, which is a GOOD thing in a Chinese restaurant IMHO.
Very pleasant surroundings and atmosphere. I recommend Roc Cottage as a reliable night out at about £30 head with drinks.

In the London area I use 3-4 Chinese restaurants depending on where I am. I’ve just moved to West Ruislip and thought I’d try roc cottage. I won’t be going back. The rice portion was half the size of anywhere else I go for more money. And the chicken balls tasted like they were just reheated. Tiny portion of those two. Cost high. Quality below average. Didn’t finish.

The most amazing Chinese I have ordered in a long time. I love the crispy seafood noodles. I have been there a few times now and ordered via take out, everytime the food is good.
