Wingstop

I live across the street and eat here almost every day. I am standing in front of the store right now at 10:39 and the advertised closing time is 11:00. The manger is refusing to let me in even though the entire staff not only recognizes me by face but also know my regular order. They do not care about customer service and need to display their correct hours of operation I will be contacting the corporate office because they also often stop answering the phones as early as 10:15

I had two flavors here, the traditional wings with mango habanero and the boneless with garlic Parmesan. The traditional ones are ok and had some flavor. But the Parmesan was not great, it was fried properly but didn’t have any taste to it. I would not order them..! But the staff were friendly and the place was clean.

Worst wingstop to ever exist. Rude and unprofessional manager. I had an issue with them in the past but this time they crossed the line. I ordered 15 wings with lemon pepper seasoning and there was not even a speck of seasoning on the chicken. It look overcooked as well as if i was just dumped in butter. I have a picture of lemon pepper wings i have had before compared to what i got now. I contacted asking for a refund, didn't get it. Just like when they didn't give me a refund when they delivered the wrong order to me. I also got fries and ordered extra amount of seasoning. Again, there was a drop of salt on my fries. I would have no problem going back over there if the uber wasn't $20 both ways. Completely rude manager.
