Tropical Smoothie Cafe

This place is way more than just great smoothies! The food we had was fantastic. Edible straws were super cool and added just the right amount of lime. In addition, we ordered online and once the staff realized the system gave us a long pickup time they pulled our smoothies back in to keep them cold, so good looking out!

A great concept that failed to deliver something special. I haven't tried any of the vegetable smoothies, but I recommend trying the jetty punch. A blend of fresh strawberries with banana provides for a thick shake with chunks of strawberries in every sip. The pure mix of fruit minus dairy adds to the freshness of the smoothie and keeps the calorie content low. My sandwich, however, was extremely disappointing. Advertised as sourdough, the bread appeared nothing far from a generic slice of white bread drenched in a smoky tomato sauce that dominated every bite. Very little mozzarella combined with processed cheese and one slice of bacon left me flabbergasted. I ordered baked lays but was served regular which was quickly resolved. Service was polite, we wanted to leave a cash tip, but the cashier explained that corporate didn't allow cash tips which seems rather unfair to their employees. Hopefully corporate comes around and switches out processed meat for fresh especially since they are advertising as a healthy option. I think the prices were a bit extreme for a fast -food type drive thru establishment

Unfortunately this is the 3rd time in a row they cannot make the smoothie with the correct ingredients. Last time my wife went back and let them know nicely and they made her a correct one. My wife is disabled and does not get out a lot. It was her birthday today and she wanted a paradise point with whey protein. We order this about 4 times a week but the last 3 times they were all made with peanut butter flavor. Really disappointing.

Love the smoothies.. Don't like the wait, 10 ..15, 20 minutes to get a blended smoothie. A bunch of teenagers with a primary focus on chillin' and secondary, mindlessly, focus on working (if that's what you call it.) Owners should consider getting some management in place to teach the kids how to stay on task and work.

The wait was ridiculous in the drive through, (2 people ahead of me) waited for a while so I went inside. 2 employees were waiting to be told what needed made and the gal at the register was clueless to what was going on. There were only 2 other customers inside, seated, which had already been served. When I finally ordered, one item I ordered, she said, we're out of the ingredient. I left and my partner that was driving was still sitting, waiting to order. I was deadlocked between 2 cars and had to wait to leave. Their service is getting slower and slower. They need a manager that has a sense of spark.
