I stopped in here about a week ago and was happy to see all of the changes that have been made. Everything from the renovations to the new management are great. I had to wait for my food but didn’t mind because I’m a truck driver who was on my break. But while I was waiting they kept me updated on how much longer before my order was ready.
Everyone was nice, smiling and looked very happy to be there.

I would not recommend this KFC to no one. Employees were polite, but were wearing regular cloths, cashier had long finger nails that had dirt under them. The cook was wearing a hoodie. When the cashier handed us our food and our frys fell over he touched them and pushed them back in the container. I told him to refund my money it was not sanitary there. And there was a little girl about 5 yrs old back behind the counter which is not safe. So money refunded we left so did other customers.

We waited at the order box for 10 minutes before just pulling around and when we got there they said "oh sorry big trucks don't register on the sensors", then when we finally tried to order he wrote it down on a piece of paper and said the monitor at the drive through doesn't work. To add to all of this, he didn't ask what sides we wanted with our meals or what drinks so he just said "whatever" pretty much and just gave us all random sides and drinks. A terrible experience and I definitely wouldn't suggest going here to eat. Even if you love kfc.
Update on my review, we ordered a famous bowl and spicy chicken bowl and didn't get utensils so if you look at the picture (yes thats a metal stake) you'll see what i have to eat with because we are already at the jobsite for work. To make matters worse they forgot 2 sides on top of the random sides and also how did they mess up our order so bad when we were the only car in the drive through and nobody was in the store? When we called to see what they could do about it, the lady who answered was not very friendly or helpful and said basically she's not going to do anything for us. But she did say that we have to bring back the sides that they gave us and they will replace it with the ones we want (we won't be going back up to hurricane wv for work for a week; we told her and she said "then bring it in a week" even though there is covid). That is absolutely disgusting and now I cant even eat thinking about if my food is even fresh or not. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE PLACE TO GO.

My biscuit was hard as a rock. The Cole slaw tasted spoiled. The chicken was so greasy. KFC was one of my favorite places to eat. That all changed the last time I was there. 1 out of 10 service was friendly.

Very courteous and understanding, genuine people who go above and beyond their job title, sure they might forget something small here and there and if they mess up your order. They are always happy to help fix it if you bring your receipt back. Very quick for the most part and I always get my food here fresh. Very impressed!

The order delayed for a while and they said it was missing for some reason.

Food is always nasty! You try to get it corrected and they still give you oil soaked soggy chicken or old dried up chicken. Third time I got doey biscuits.

Chicken was oily and oil was too dark on chicken oil needs changed also asked for mashed potatoes and gravy and got corn
