Dunkin'

I took my daughter to the Hurricane Dunkin' for a before-church mother-daughter date. We were the only customers for most of the time we were there. Service was super fast and very friendly. She got a small frozen chocolate drink and a chocolate-filled powdered donut. She liked them both but couldn't finish them. I had a ham and egg English muffin and a hot peppermint mocha coffee with a little cream and sugar. The mocha was great with just the right amount of sweetness. The sandwich was good and what I'd expect from a fast food breakfast. It would've been nice if the ham covered the whole sandwich. The ham slices were smaller than the English muffin so quite a few bites were without ham. The best part was the price! It cost me half as much to take my daughter to DD than when I take her to Starbucks or Sheetz. We will definitely be back.

I ordered dunkin through GrubHub at 9am and the delivery time was 9:30. It ended up getting pushed back to 10:45. I cancelled my order and decided to just go to the location and order. The doughnuts were poorly made, looked slopped into the box, and one of them was missing its sprinkles. Horrible service and i won’t be going back.

Wow is all I can say. These young ladies were slammed. They were short handed due to employees calling out. These ladies should be commended on a job well done. They kept positive attitudes and worked through the line at the drive thru and in the lobby. They kept their heads down working diligently. They smiled greeted and thanked every person for their patience. The customers were all understanding and appreciative. These ladies all deserve a round of applause for a job well done. It was refreshing to see such team work. They were so busy they couldn't even get the donuts up on the display shelf. The coffee was hot, fresh and prepared as ordered. The donuts were extra fresh. Kudos on a job well done Ladies.

Coffee was ice cold. Then I had to wait 3 mins for them to brew for the other 2 coffees I ordered. so why not wait until it's done to make all 3? Then no drink carrier because its locked in their outbuilding and the manager left w the key? Seriously? These are hot hot coffees or supposed to be. I had over 45 mins to travel before getting them to where they needed to go. So they asked at the gas station no luck there either. It took 10 mins just for them to come back to the speaker for me to order. Then at the window it took another 5 just to be acknowledged. Stay far far away.

It's not as great as it used to be. I previously had given this location 5 stars but I've been there 3 times in the past month and they have gotten my coffee wrong all 3 times. I order the holiday blend with cream. Not a difficult order. But I've gotten it Black, then with cream & sugar, then black with sugar. But because the inside is closed and the drive thru line is always long I just end up tossing it. Very upsetting. I know covid has made things difficult for the service industry but it should not be difficult to get orders out correctly. So I'm not going back for awhile.
