Kfc

Saw one comment mention they wished the older management was back. I personally feel the opposite. A few months prior, when ordering anything through the drive threw there would almost always be something small wrong. No sauce, wrong side, etc. Over the last few months its almost a 180. Lately anytime I use the drive through the order has been exactly what I asked for. And THANK YOU for removing the pre recorded "Hello" message when pulling up, that thing was always super confusing trying to figure out if it was a person or recording talking.

I came in tonight..Election night...and it was super busy! I was greeted and my ordered was taken by Mr. James Herd. Mr. James made my night with his pleasant presence even though him and the team were getting slammed inside and the drive thru.most fast food places have employees with bad attitudes and could care less about your experience with the business but not this KFC.. Mr. James is a rare find and I hope KFC is taking good care of him because he obviously works hard and cares about customer service! His communication with his team to keep the orders flowing was great! This is my new KFC location all because of ONE person and how he treated me! Kudos Mr. JAMES HERD! You keep on being amazing blessings in abundance are bestowed upon people like you..good hearted compassionate hard working..This fella really made my night! Best of luck to you sir!

THIS is probably the best KFC I've ever been too. However it's the crew. Franchise food is the same everywhere, but this crew really seems to care about what they are doing. The ice machine was broken. so the staff went and got ice from the back for our personal drinks and walked them over to us. They brought our food to us, rather than calling us...even though they were busy. A staff member shocked on us twice to be sure we didnt need any thing. All with smiles in their faces. It was a very welcome change. Well done guys

Pepe. That was the name of the employee who made me write my first ever fast food review. Fast food service sadly lacks customer service like Pepe provided. He was so kind when I came in with my 2 unruly boys. I ordered a kid's meal for one and in my attempt to be thrifty I ordered a go cup for the other one(he's 2). Pepe gave me 2 kids plates exactly the same. When he brought our food to us he brought me another cup and said not to worry...it was on him. I thanked him and began to watch him. He went to every table and asked how everyone's food was and if he could get anyone anything. Then 2 little girls arrived (obviously his daughters), his shift was over. But before he left he went to each table again and told everyone to have a good night. Seriously the nicest fast food employee I have EVER met. Most are rude and impatient but Pepe went above and beyond. That man...who obviously takes pride in his job... deserves recognition...he deserves a raise! And those little girls...they're in good hands. Thank you Pepe for recognising a mother who doesn't have a lot of money or patience for her miniature heathens after a long day at work. Your kindness...is a rare thing these days, don't ever let the world ruin it. :)
