Stay away from This Dunkin.
Horrible experience, I was going to drive through and wait for 10 mint , no one was there to take order. The workers are rude and they don’t know how to talk. They act like people get free coffee from them.
It makes me hate all the Dunkin’s from now on.

I was there at 6:55 am 6/26/22 the girl dropped my change,didn't apologize,then hands me a hot coffee without the lid on properly. Nobody wants to get up and go to work,but when you do,do your job with a little,tiny bit of pretending. I do.

THE LOBBY IS NEVER OPEN, HOURS ARE NOT MET TO STANDARD BOTH INDOOR AND OUT, WAIT 30-45 MINS JUST SO THEY CAN TELL YOU THEY DONT HAVE IT, You Cant Order Inside Cause Its Locked, Outside Is Dark So Theyll Wait Like 12-20mins Drive Thru To Take Your Order, Overall Terrible Service All The Time

This is the WORST Dunkin. This is how I got my 2 wake up wraps mushy stuffed in a plastic baggy.. the customer service is horrible!!! The worst!!

Zero stars if I could, terrible customer service. Order online and when you get there they don’t have what you ordered, order to pick up online and lobby is closed and have to wait in drivethru. Save time and money and altogether avoid this dunkin. Always some kind of problem here

I ordered Sourdough sandwiches.. they were burnt a little didn't like the taste of the burnt areas. Coffee was great..nice and hot on a cold morning!!

Honestly one of the worst around. Always give them second chances since I live so close by, but products are unavailable, or cleaning is beginning at 7pm when they don’t close until 10 so most items will be unavailable three hours before close. There have even been so many times I’ve ordered something and it’s been so gross, I end up just throwing it out because there is no regard with making things according to recipe at this location. It’s a shame! It used to be great before the pandemic and when it was a 24 hour location.

Drive thru and I asked for a Dunkin' Midnight with 6 sugar & 6 cream and I got 6 sugar and no cream, always carry little no refrigeration needed creamers with you just for such an emergency like this one.
