Panera Bread

Personally I would give 0 zero stars if I could! Ordered an Avocado BLT, and it had a long black hair in it! I don’t know what’s more disgusting the fact they put raw meat in my sandwich the last time, or putting a hair in it this time! I rarely eat out. But this is a health violation and not one apology or refund from Howell Panera Bread!

I placed an order for dinner today in their app and when it got delivered I was missing my salad. I called and spoke with the manager and she said she would give me a voucher. So I went through the drive thru and asked for my voucher and ordered a smoothie. The cashier said I didn’t have any vouchers and they didn’t see that I ordered anything from them recently. They were rude and said that I could have the smoothie for my trouble. And quickly closed the window on me. They made it seem like I was lying because I could not remember the name of the manager. I have given up on this location. We have so many food items missed when ordering. It should not be difficult to make sure everything is there.

Door signage says they are open until 10pm. They are NOT. Door locked. The drive through girl said they now close earlier at 9pm. When I suggested they put a paper sign on the door so folks like me wouldn’t waste our time getting back in our cars and driving through the drive-through she scoffed and said “corporate” wouldn’t let them. Really? Lots of places close earlier these days because of staffing problems, I get it. But at least update the door signage to reflect this.

2nd time tried to order soup online through app and couldn't. First time I called and they took my order over the phone. Just happened again d when I called the lady said they don't take phone orders, you have to order online. Okay then fix your app! don't take phone orders, you have to order online.

Everytime I go here, my order is always wrong. I get a salad and ask for no chicken but there is always chicken in it. One time I went back and they gave me and new salad but it was clear that they picked the chicken out of the new salad because there was still small bits of chicken. Also, from my experience, the salads are overpriced for the very little amount of food you get. $8-$9 for a very lousy HALF sized salad, it is never filled up.
