Mcdonald's

This place is unsanitary. The worker had one glove on and with both hands was touching her face and headphones and made our bland sundaes. Thankfully I didn’t order a drink- as you can see the trash can is filled over touching the new cups. If this is what you can see from the window, I don’t want to know what you can’t see. I Won’t be coming back- I don’t trust it.

I should have gotten pictures of this Big Mac. I'm not sure if it's because it was free or what. But the "fake meat" Patty was almost nonexistent. The bread was stale it was horrible. The Patty was nearly as thin as the lettuce. I'm not sure what they did to this "meat", but the Big Mac has fallen from their premiere sandwich to a mouthful of tasteless cardboard. And this is not the only place I've recently had a Big Mac at, every McDonald's I've been to lately as produced a tasteless worthless sandwich. Perhaps it's because everyone has focused on the quarter pounder. The quality of that sandwich has also been reduced over time, as McDonald's constantly finds different ways to cut costs while increasing prices. Overall I feel that if McDonald's continues this trend it will be the death spiral of the chain. Similar to what happened to Pizza Hut. Franchise holders greed is always what destroys a brands image.

Worst service ever! Do not ever order online! If they can find it is your fault! One guy keeps saying I have to order it again ignoring my pick up code on my app until another lady saw my order number on the back( guess that guy was planning steal my meal). This is just the first time. Second time I was ordering something through drive through. I want extra suger but the guy told my I am not allowed because I ordered black coffee! Third time their system is broken. Even the app says I can pick up my order, they said they can do anything about that. Seriously Never ever come here.

I arrived at this location: 1405 post Oak Blvd on Monday 3-14-22 at 7:50 PM when lobby was open and there was only one customer ahead of me I waited for almost 5 minute;when I asked for someone to take my order,the lady manager without any eye contact said: I could technically refuse to take your order! I'm 67 years old with more than 25 years of customer service experience and never came across such a rude person; and when I told her that I'll report her attetude, she said go ahead I won't give a F...!! Really?! I'll never ever come to this location again. This actually was the second time in less than a week in this location that I was treated by such a rude and unprofessional people. I don't think this lady manager deserves to be in charge as a manager.that is a shame for the company.

Despite the location. This place has gotten worse and worst. New employees has zero customer service. I ordered fires without salt and they gave me old stale fries with salt. When made know, the Black American responded it put in new fries. It's new! I don't want them to redo and will never come back. My caramel Frappuccino was not full. The large cup was the medium cup. They shrunk the cup size. When I went to other states, the cup was extra large, like jumbo. My daughter used to love it but she couldn't finished it because it was not done right!! I have on other location close by also that was always done correctly. They asked me to wait to make no salt fries. That will be it. Don't stop by here. Your money will be wasted and food may be old and cause health issues. I would not take that chance again. Inhave given them plenty of chances!!

Good location is hard to notice because the parking lot barely had lights at all the only way I was able to notice it because it was dark was because I had my GPS on I’m not from the area so I had to use my GPS other than that my cheeseburger was great normally comes with two pickles have one pickle Narvik person overall fresh fruit fresh cheeseburger for a small fry the lady was very nice the speaker in the drive-through could barely hear the guy so definitely need some upgrading on that thank you for the good service
