Food was delicious and hot! Love it as always. I hate that prices are going up everywhere but that's everyone. I wish they would pay more attention to staff courteousness. I know working sucks sometimes but it's such a better experience when they are at least nice and able to say "Hello".

They are pretty consistent about getting my order correct here and fast. I even get extra condiments some times which is a nice suprise from a McDonald's. And the way the drive thru is set up here prevents people from jumping ahead of the line to the second speaker which I hate, so that is nice and probably keeps the line moving faster.

Just a heads up Hope AR…
The rest of the world gets HOT apple pies that are baked not just thawed, and their hot mocha’s have whipped cream and chocolate sauce on top.
You guys in Hope are losing out.

Way overpriced they're not only charging more money but they're making all their meat smaller than they advertise and they're doing that from coast to coast also which is wrong a quarter pounder no longer raise a quarter pound I can tell by looking at it they don't put a slice of cheese on there they put a half a slice of cheese on there instead of three pickles they put two pickles they raise their prices and cut their quality food

I have ordered a Quarter Pounder several times and I always get a double cheeseburger meat. It’s not a quarter pounder so I believe I’m getting short change and will not be going back.

In the mornings this place isn’t bad but the afternoon shift sucks! Your in line forever in the drive thru and usually get people that have no idea how to be nice.

The fries are always hot and salty, and they'll give you extra ice for your drink...but do they have to charge for BBQ sauce??

This is the worst place to go to eat. Very rude Mgr mamed Eric. Paid for order after sitting waiting for my order, they gave it to someone else. Pics poor service. Called owner and he's rude too. Wouldn't ever go there again.
