Burger King

Employees saw me taking pictures of saggy ceiling and rusty vents and "told on me". Manager came out to "scold" me and inform me that taking pictures was not allowed as posted, by corporate, on their front door. She also said I could be sued for taking pictures. I said I did not take a picture of anyone's face. The WHOLE crew was protective of the no picture rule. Seems oddly defensive. The manager wanted to know if we had any problems with our food, which we did not. I forgot to ask her why the back area appeared hazy from grill smoke and wonder if the health department worries about possible vent exhaust issues? The manager did comment that they were soon to be remodeled. I have never noticed a "No video or still picture" regulation on Burger King doors in my community. Have to wonder about the reasoning behind that one...if it is corporate.

I am a bit late writing the review but I felt that during the pandemic the customer service was at its highest. I moved back to the east coast and had to stop along the way with 3 kids and a dog. They were friendly and I appreciated all of the help. I believe it was Debra, Chayanne (sorry if that's the wrong name) nonetheless thank you for going above and beyond during such a unprecedented time.
