Wendy's

Tried to order onscreen inside. After placing order and waiting on the cups, I was told the screens were not working. There wasn't a sign. I order at the counter. I wait 10 minutes for a baked potato. After I finally asked, I was told they didn't have any. I said put some cheese on some fries. They put shredded cheese on the fries but not melted. They told me they couldnt melt the cheese. I finally just asked for my money back. Over 20 minutes to leave without anything to eat.

I normally have a good experience with Wendy’s, not today. I was on my 30 minute lunch break. Placed my order and got to the window to pick it up and had to pull forward. I waited and waited and finally had to get out of my car to see what the problem was. I was told the cook dropped the wrong meat. I was never notified of the mistake or given other options. I was late getting back to work from lunch. I work in retail so I understand the importance of great customer service. The service I received today was terrible. The manager was rude and loud talked me in front of the other customers. #PoorCustomerService

Great customer service! Miss Angie took care of us and was very patient taking our large order even tho there was a small line. She got all of our modifications correct and was very helpful! The dining room was nice and clean where we sat and as soon as she was done with customers miss Angie was cleaning off and sanitizing tables to get them ready for new customers.
