Excellent quality Hawaiian grill food next to a busy and popular drive-in, location has its own parking available and has a shave ice bar attached as well. We tried the chicken and pork combination dish and it was very delicious, certainly will be coming back when in the island again.

Shimazu Shave Ice is what Matsumoto's used to be. Great price for a large portion. Their syrups actually taste like the real fruit, especially their ube!

We love Rainbow drive in and the shave ice place. Shave ice is cash only. But they have delicious flavors and add ons like ice cream, mochi, and condensed milk

Best shaved ice we had during our trip to Hawaii! We tried the shave ice + mochi and it was the best decision ever. They have so many flavors to choose from and honestly the price was totally worth it. Milk tea was BOMB

Bummed that it’s takeout only but my friend had the roasted chicken and it was a huge serving and tasted really good! I had the garlic shrimps which were good too though i preferred the one i tried at the food trucks on the north shore as that was creamier. A decent place to get a quick bite!

Went to the Shaved Ice place inside. Best Japanese style shaved ice🍨. So good, with a arrange of flavors. Totally recommend this spot especially for the price. Kids size is huge no if enough for two adults to share for 6 bucks.

Take out orders only due to Covid-19. Limited menu selection. Ordered the regular & spicy poke bowl. Hubby ordered the breaded chicken. Everything was delicious. Portions were generous. Prices were very reasonable. Place looked clean & very tidy. The fun decor of the dining area w/ bright green tables & chairs was closed off. They also have another counter where they have a large selection of Hawaiian shaved ice flavors. Will have to come back next time to try their shaved ice.

Went to Rain Bows; as usual parking lot was full. Went next door; plenty of easy parking. They have Rain Bow chili plate. It was awesome! Huge portions of everything compared to next door. Same great product. Unless you getting a Rainbow special plate, I'd go here. It's great. Plus, you can get shave ice or poke if you want.

Favorite place to get shaved ice. Definitely bang for your buck. One thing to suggest is to visit earlier in the day, as they can run out of toppings and flavors later in the day.
