Heron Farm is a 10/10 family friendly place! I first heard about Heron Farm when I attended the pregnant yoga session on a Saturday morning and have been going to the baby sensory class since. The cafe has a lovely atmosphere and amazing food. The staff are always super accommodating with us with our babies - so polite and friendly. Coffee & cake is absolutely spot on. Plenty of free parking on site and the gardens/park are ideal for families.

My family stopped off here for breakfast and were very pleased. Spacious car park, lovely warm log burner and very good food. The portions were very generous, possibly a downside for some, but I am not complaining! Staff were helpful and polite. You can really tell the owners have put a lot of effort in to deliver something special. There is also an outside play area and walk around the vineyard. Unfortunately, we couldn’t try either as it was raining, but we had a great breakfast.

We are frequent visitors to Heron Farm, and always enjoyed the our visits. The garden is stunning, a great place for a glass of wine, cocktail or a bite to eat! Recently we enjoyed a fabulous vineyard tour - and can highly commend Jack, who did a fabulous job of explaining everything about the wine making process! The lovely wines are a testament to the team's hard work. We really love visiting Heron Farm, and can highly recommend anyone who hasn't been, to visit and try their great food and drink!

Stunning, sunny, dog friendly spot! We had breakfast on a Saturday morning, we booked for four people online. Sat on the veranda in the sunshine. The service was fantastic, very friendly and fast. The food was delicious, very flavourful and well presented. I had the steak and eggs already accompanied by mushrooms and tomatoes with a side of toast added. I also had a mocha that was delicious so I also had a cappuccino too. Will definitely be back, many as soon as tomorrow as need to have a look at the farm shop too! 10/10

Took my mum for breakfast here which was just perfect, lovely food and the pancake was honestly to die for! Price was reasonable, staff were all so friendly and was able to go for a walk around the vineyard afterwards. We'll be back to try their afternoon tea.

We stopped off here to break up a long car journey with our two children. It was the perfect place to stop! Just off the M5, a play area for the children, lovely food (catering really well for allergies) and a beautiful setting. Would definitely recommend to families travelling and looking for a lunch stop. We will be returning ☺️

5 stars for the wine tour with Jack (?), Learned a lot about their process and the grounds are immaculate. The cafe seemed understaffed as the food took a long time to receive but I won't knock a star for that. Food was really good though.

Fabulous place for breakfast and brunch, it must be, we visited twice in the lady the days! Vineyard and Fairy Garden provided lovely walks. Just wish I knew how to make the pickled eggs served with the ploughman's!

Incredible food and loads of it. Great price point, range, quality.
Beautiful surroundings, serene atmosphere, live music, free children's books and activities.
Calm and friendly welcome.
I've no idea how they make any money or manage too do this when everything else near a motorway is so poor.
