The Railway is under new management. The food and presentation is amazing. For its price, it is worth a visit. The chef gives the food a very stylish continental feel, the quantity and quality is superb. My colleagues are very particular with their dietary needs, the staff catered to their request. We all agreed, we will be back.

Drove 15 miles to take my mum to The Railway Inn for her birthday after hearing such good reviews from different people and it did not disappoint. The food was absolutely amazing. I will definitely be returning and recommending it to others.

Very nice roast, really good meat and veg, but could do with more gravy (a fair amount more). Inches on top was ideal, will be better once real ale on tap as well.

We had 7 Sunday Roasts. All were delicious, beautiful meat and huge Yorkshire puddings. The accompanying vegetables were the stars of the meal, all were crisp and perfectly cooked, there was a cauliflower cheese too which was amazing. The portions were very generous and the staff happily gave us extra hot gravy when requested. They did children's portions (half the adult amount and half the price). They had one vegetarian Sunday meal and one fish meal. The grilled mackerel was delicious.

Really cosy place. Food was lovely and presented well. Service a little slow but they were busy.

Used to love this place under the previous owners as their calzones and changing menu was awesome. Decided to try it out now with some work colleagues and went along for the tapas evening and the food and service was still fantastic. Tapas dishes came at a sensible pace, not rushed, and were lovely and good selection. Will be back to try it the "normal" menu at some point!
