I'm a Friendly's life-long customer and I must say this location was very disappointing. We were in town from Connecticut and thought this Friendly's would be as good as the one in North Haven. It was NOT. The food was only ok, in part because I think they may have been short a cook. I actually sent back my buffalo chicken tenders because they had no flavor and were dry and cold.
An all-around disappointing experience.

I had great time here their ice cream its just as good as ice cream can get. One of the amaizing waitress served us and I forgot her name but she has been there the longestthank you for your serving

What a great location. We visited on a Sunday afternoon and we've to the ice cream window to place our order. The staff was kind and patient with 3 kids deciding what they wanted, even suggesting they try some flavors first. I was very appreciative and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit!

Super clean and great day staff! Super friendly older woman as our waitress. She was awesome and attentive. Dine in has definitely got much better and remodeled. Definitely go out to eat here!

Great place to go for ice cream treats and tasty take out like burgers and fries I prefer over Five Guys. Be sure to get the app and sign up for Friendly's generous rewards based on activity like dollars spent or sundaes purchased. The staff is generally not very energetic or enthusiastic, but they get the job done well. Ordering in advance via the app is ideal to spend little time waiting at the restaurant for take out. Check it out if you haven't yet!

Stopped by for dinner with my friend. We had a great time! Tammy the General Manager does a wonderful job. She is very personable, polite, and hard working and you can tell she loves her job! Keep up the great work. I will be back again to see her!

Stood waiting for almost 10mins without anyone even speaking to me. Theres 4 tables with customers. And one couple at the icecream window. A waitress even looked at me and walked right back to the kitchen. Had i been seated i wouldnt have minded waiting. But to act as if ibwasnt there. No. Ive seen busy restaurants and short staffed restaurants even managed one before. ALWAYS acknowledge your customers. I can see why everyone skips all friendly locations.
Actual good Customer service is hard to find now a days.

Absolutely phenomenal service. Every employee is helpful and caring, and when my kiddo spilt his drink, within a blink of an eye there was an employee cleaning it up. I even got a compliment on my shirt. Food was perfectly cooked, absolutely filling & delicious. Highly recommend
