Hardee's

We ordered at 1:01pm, waited until 1:30 for our food inside, than get our food and notice that we are missing fries, to be told there is none. I’d have to wait for more, meanwhile I had finished my chicken tenders to get fries on my way out the door. The girl who took our order looked high as a kite, dropping stuff left and right. This place is a complete MESS!! I watched the girl put chicken in the fryer with her BARE HANDS, just so disgusting. This place needs to be shut down, it’s a complete mess. I spent $27.98 and it was the worst I have ever experienced in fast food… The manager offered us a free cookie for the wait… 😂😂 NO THANKS! I spent about 30 dollars to get a free $1 cookie, I don’t think so. I would have rather got my money back and went and sat down to eat had I known it was going to be 30 minute ordeal.

We ordered 2 bacon cheeseburgers, fries and 2 cokes. We were told they needed us to move up because they had to cook more fries, then 20 minutes later an employee came out and said they dropped the wrong burgers. I told her I just wanted my money back I waited 40 minutes and had a 3 hour drive. The employee came back with our food and money back. The fries were cold and the bacon cheeseburgers didn't have bacon, they were cold and nasty.

The lady that was at the drive in window was horrible. Her attitude alone spoke volumes of her and it took everything in me to stay in my car and not make a scene. Asking for ketchup was too much for her without an eye roll and attitude not to mention our order still was not right. So, Tammy, at Hardee's in Howenwald, TN...find another career choice because you suck my dear.

They were friendly and efficient here. The Frisco sandwich was not the best I’ve had. The bread crust was a little hard. Hardee’s really has the best breakfast around. A little greasy for me, sometimes. You cannot beat their biscuits, especially the country ham one. I do wish they would start putting the cream and sugar in the coffee for you like McDonald’s does. That can be messy in a car. Good coffee, though.
