Panera Bread

For starters. I would like to say the waiter had a great personality. However there was a lack of understanding with certain menu items. For one he didn't know if the sausage was beef or pork so he had to ask the female. Also while he was taking my order I stated over and over that I wanted my eggs soft scrambled. The more and more I repeated it he kept saying scrambled eggs, I came to the realization that my eggs definitely would not be soft scrambled. I did actually received a egg patty of sorts that seemed to be straight out the microwave. So I quickly figured out that this restaurant just doesn't serve it that way. And if that is actually the case, the cashier should be familiar with that. So for a eggs, cheese and sausage wrap, a fountain juice and 1 cookie, I paid 12 bucks and change. Which is over priced as hell especially if the taste does not match the price. Even though I was Super Unsatisfied, all was not lost. The cookie was the star of the breakfast

Never order food from Hoboken Panera, the service is very pathetic. Today I ordered 4 orders of Pick any 2 for pick up and when I picked the order and went home I found they gave me only soup and sandwiches were missing. My kids were starving, trying to call them but no response so I drove back 3 miles and went to shop. In the shop when I talked to manager I came to know that they were aware that my order has missing sandwiches but instead of calling me back they were just waiting for me to come and collect. The worst part was they gave me the same sandwiches by heating them in oven which burned all the sandwiches. I was very upset with their service but there was no option left for me as I have already paid to them. A humble request to everyone please never order from this shop and if you do please check the order in the shop to avoid inconvenience.
