Kfc

They were out of chicken. I ordered a Big Papa burger combo. Fries were not available so I got mashed potatoes and gravy (yum). The burger bun was so stale I could not bite through it. The burger was way over cooked. I had to use my own bread at home to make it into an edible sandwich. I will find somewhere else to eat from now on. Worst Saturday evening dinner ever!

Seriously, the last three visits have been really bad. The hot wings, no sauce, was overdone and very small. The new fries were good the first time, second they were barely warm and the size was half full. I think I counted 12. No joke. Tried the new tenders at the same time, omg, what are you doing? They were flattened and the breading was NOT good. Unless they go back to original breading and cooking them properly, I won't be BACK.

This is the worst KFC I've ever been to. The drive thru speaker never works, employees don't come to the window. When you go inside, tables are always dirty. Pop machine is broke. No supplies for the dine in customers (no lids, straws, napkins, pop, etc). There is only one person who cooks and takes orders so usually takes 10+ minutes to place an order and 25+ to get the food. This place could be so much better than what it is. Take some time to clean and restock supplies and have proper help so the service flows smoothly.

Had double burger, fries and A&W root beer. Burger was bathed in mustard. Took 3 napkins (my own since they gave me none) to sop up all the excess mustard. Asked for no ice in drink. Cup was half full of ice. Burger was delish once I got it cleaned up. Fries were superb. This was my first burger here. Now I know to order NO MUSTARD.

I don't have high expectations for KFC in general, but this location is ran so poorly. The restaurant is always dirty, slow, and never seems to have a management presence. I went inside and watched a car drive off through the drive thru because they waited a significant time for the food and was then told they forgot to drop the fries so it would be another 3 minutes. I waited 15 minutes on my order during which time I watched 2 sets of customers walk out inside because the front cashier was also the person making the food so nobody ever came to take their order. After 15 minutes they brought my food only to realize they forgot to drop the cheese curds so i had to wait another 3 minutes. Had to ask for straws and napkins because there weren't any in the dining room. This was at 1230 in the afternoon, peak business hours, and there was a total of 3 people working. The third person was in back washing dishes or something. She was not involved with serving the customers at all. At no time did I see a manager, receive an explanation, an apology. Or a thank you.
