Starbucks

I was visiting my parents and accidentally mobile ordered for a different store. Once they helped me realize it, I said I’d drive to the other one but they told me it was 15 min away. They offered to remake my drink even though I hadn’t ordered from their store. I really appreciated that, especially since it was definitely my fault for not reading the map correctly. Everyone was friendly and the store was clean. Next time I visit I will order from this store!

It's a Starbucks and they are frenetic at best. A tiny thing in the order got messed up. One clerk was giddy to help. The other seemingly offended that she could have misheard scone/muffin. Understandably incredulous. In the end. It was rectified, life moves on and the coffee ☕ flows on tomorrow... ... like water across a smooth stone.

This is the last time I am going to this location. I figured I would give it one last chance since it’s close to my work. I showed it a picture of the drink my wife wanted and it was completely different and a huge disappointment. The green tea drink was almost seven dollars but it tasted watery and barely tasted like matcha. As for my cold brew, the taste was horrid and barely any salted foam. The worst part is I waited nearly 14 minutes for my drink. All the employees there seem lacking in energy and the vibe seemed gloomy. No one greeted us walking in. Worst drink and customer service here.
