Human Bean

So usually they are totally on their A game but this morning was really sad. I come through every morning and get the same thing, a Carmel hazelnut mocha with half chocolate milk/half heavy cream with whip cream on top and they gave me something totally different, it's not hazelnut at all and no whip topping :( and they didn't ask me for me phone number to add points to the punch card. I know it seems little but they have a rep to uphold and now I can't even look on my account to see what I ended up with.

I was inside the cafe and I over heard a conversation between, who I assume was employee and manager. The employee was stating some concerns she had with working there and the response she received was you are paid to be here so if you don’t like it don’t work here. I felt so bad for that young girl I wanted to wait and tell her you don’t need to work for people like that. It was my 1st time in and will be my last. Don’t bring your business here. They don’t seem to care about who works there and the food is not great. I was offended and I don’t even work here.

The barista working the 10:30 shift on 10-27 at the Hillsboro store should find a job she enjoys. I'm sorry if she was maybe having a rough day but she needs to not make her customers feel like they are a bother. I ordered a simple carmel latte & almost drove off just because of the tone of her voice over the speaker, & when I pulled up to the window it was obvious she did not want to be there. Please learn how your actions effect your customers. Coffee is great tho!
