Rapid Fired Pizza

I do not understand how this place has managed to get an over 4-star rating. I ordered a pizza for pickup from the Hilliard location. The pizza was undercooked- I could literally pull the uncooked dough from the pizza (image attached). Raw dough is dangerous for consumption! It was also extremely salty. Cherry on the top, they forgot to put the dipping sauce in the box. How do you make three mistakes in a single order of only one pizza?! I left a message with a worker there and I was told that the manager will contact me the next morning. They did not. I also left a message with their corporate office via the website. According to their website they should have contacted me within two business days, it has been a week now. Folks, don't go by the 4-star rating. There is a lot of decent pizza in Columbus, take your business elsewhere.

Update: a few weeks later, still no call back from the manager, owner or corporate. Pizza has been ok, good enough to go back a couple times. This time may be the last. Waited 10 minutes in drivethru for pizza to pick up an order that was ready for drivethru pickup ... no cars moved. Called four times, no answer. Finally went in, my order was sitting around. They said car at front of line had $100 order so everyone else had to wait. Normally I’d just let them know people were waiting behind that car they should have asked to move to the side and wait, no need to raise a fuss. Couldn’t even speak to a manager to suggest it so I left. Will update review if I hear back... but it seems like if you don’t order $100 of pizza, don’t bother.

We went on 9/22 to this location because we had a coupon! Our pizzas were great- we enjoyed it! When we walked in, we instantly noticed curtains in place for COVID- an okay precaution! We then noticed the employees had no masks on- neither employee had. We kind of brushed it off until we noticed they directly gave out food to customers on the side (no curtain). This makes me feel unsafe. There's a pandemic. There is a mask mandate in the state of Ohio.
