First Watch

Went for a nice Sunday, birthday brunch but I was very disappointing the eggs benedict. The egg was way overcooked for the dish, and quite frankly ruined the entire meal. The first thing breakfast restaurants should do well is cook eggs perfectly. This one wasn't even close to being average. If you can't do the very easy basics, it puts everything you do in question.

I always come to this branch and genuinely like thier food! I also always get a to go salad for lunch and this time they did not add the chicken! I paid 11$ for a salad that’s just greens and some beans! I’m sorry but that’s not right. And the best part is there was a hair in it (see attached photo).They also put the salad in a cardboard box, which doesn’t seem right for a wet dish? Also, our experience today with our waiter was not the best. She was rude and didn’t seem like she was interested in waiting on us. Other than taking out order and bringing out our plates, we didn’t see her. I would recommend you definitely check your Togo order before you leave or visit another branch.

The meal portion sizes and overall taste was great....but ...the food was not hot at all. Seemed to have been left sitting far too long before being brought to the table. Also, once seated and ordered, very long wait until served (about 30 minutes, that, in addition to the 45 minute initial wait for a table during the Sunday morning visit).

Visited this location for the first time. I waited for my breakfast for what felt like eternity, only for it to be ice cold! I casually made a comment to my waitress that my meal was cold and her comment was that it didn’t sit in the window long so it should not be cold and she walked away. I thought it was very rude and with the food being pretty pricey I expect hot food. A better response from her would have been to offer to remake my meal. Really disappointing!
