Negative stars! Worst experience ever at a KFC. Waiting in line for 10 min behind 1 car. We only ordered 1 large side of Cole slaw and when we finally made it up to the window we were not apologized to for the wait, not even a hello or a thank you. She didn't even have our 1 item ready to go. We had to wait some more for her to go scoop it herself. When we looked in the bag the container was 1/2 full of Cole slaw. I just paid $6 for a small side of Cole slaw! I then went inside to ask for a full portion but wasn't greeted inside. I was completely ignored by all 5 people working in the restaurant. Completely frustrating.will not be returning. Corporate get in there and fix this place!!

I ordered 12 piece meal with mashed potato, Cole slaw and corn as side dish. I ended up received 11 tiniest chicken drumsticks (thats right, not even 12 piece), and only 2 side dishes (mashed potato and Mac cheese). This is completely unacceptable.

I tried this place again after a year but it still wasn't good. Did a order online for the family meal. Still waiting for my lemonade which I never received, checked for sides didn't have my coleslaw. Went back in to get it 4 employees 1 lady told the other lady which came out of the office told the cook which just stood there. So the lady got it herself handed it to the cook and said give it to her. The bucket of chicken looked like leftovers 1 breast 1 leg and the rest wings. When I was leaving they were all going to have a cigarette. Won't go back to this location.

Made a huge mistake by trying to get drive through here today. Upon entering the line I was told that my first two items were unavailable. Understandable, no big deal what is available? The man inside the speaker said only bone in chicken. Perfect let me have 2 of the 3 piece meals. Gave me my total and I pulled to the window, paid and was given my drinks then asked to pull into a parking spot and they would bring out my order. I pulled ahead and waited for over 10 min. Finally an employee emerged from the front doors and handed me a bag. I had a crying child in the back seat so I accepted the bag and drove away. Upon opening the bag I did receive my two orders. Yet I did not receive silverware, napkins or straws.
While I’m sure other cultures are not as dependent on the establishment you order food from to provide tools to eat, here in Colorado we do.
This is probably the 3rd or 4th time going to this location and every time I ask myself why come back. Today has finally come down to the last straw. No more will I give my hard earned money to this place. My patience has been fried and pressure cooked to a point of no return.

I arrived to the restaurant well ahead of closing time. Nobody seemed certain about whether they were open or closing. A young gentlemen (tall, white, brown hair) was extremely rude to not only myself, but the gentlemen before me who had already been waiting 15 minutes for his order. It appears that there are about 6 people on the clock, so it makes little sense that they are that inattentive to their customers. Thank heavens our KFCs in MD seem to be more efficient.

Several bad meals, but today’s was the worst. Waited behind one car for 20 minutes. I thought it was because they were making some fresh chicken. NOT SO. The chicken had been cooked and cooked and reheated so many times there was no meat under the breading. And the breading had turned to crispy cardboard, not the original I had ordered. For $47.89 my family was able to eat mashed potatoes, gravy and slaw. If we ever again crave KFC we will burn the gas to visit another location. 👎🏻🤮

Genuinely filthy. The employees weren’t in uniform and many random people were just hanging in the back. Wait time was long and our order of 7 thighs ended up as 7 breasts. The employees had no organization as there was clutter everywhere and the lobby was half closed with random signs and chairs. Worst of all, the employees had no gloves and continued to manage food with their bare hands. Which later was used to wipe their noses without washing. The employees also vaped in the kitchen and played music in a disruptive manner. This is getting out of hand, just shut down the restaurant at this point.

The previous review stating that the employees are "consistently unpleasant" is correct. Unprofessional at every step. I have had multiple poor service experiences at this KFC. Recently after avoiding this location, I tried again. Same result: spectacularly awful server. They may or may not take your order at the drive-thru speaker. The last time at this location I waited at the pickup window after ordering for around 10 minutes without so much as any of the multiple staff members even looking my direction. If you in the mood for KFC, I would recommend going to another location.
