Panda Express

I go to this restaurant a few times every month. I'll start with the positive. The food is good and the restaurant is clean. Now the negative. The wait times are ridiculous. The drive thru in the evening moves very slowly. Yesterday I assumed incorrectly if I order ahead via the panda app and pick up inside, it would be more efficient. WRONG! I get there and walk to the area for online pick ups, and no one acknowledged me. After about 5 minutes I stopped one of the employees and asked if they could help me. She said she'd look for my order, then walked away. About a minute later I see that employee helping a walk in customer, never having updated me on the status of my order. So I get the attention of another employee and she was able to get me my order.

Food was decent service was fast restaurant was clean pricing on the food are reasonable as well. I'll give it a 5 star pending on what I'll order have next time. I was there for the free orange chicken bowl that they were offering through Tmobile. I will definitely be back to try something different on their menu

Ordered two beef steak bowls an a chicken bowl all with noodles. Girl was very friendly, told me that there would be a brief wait. 20 minutes later I called in an said I've been waiting 20 min she stated we r waiting on the beef but it was now ready. I got home in 5 min opened my order the amount of food did not come anywhere near the top of the bowl. There were 4 pieces of in one bowl an 6 pieces of beef in one an 5 pieces in the other. No vegetables 3/4 noodles an it was cold. If we ever go back there it will be two soon. I encourage you to think twice before going there
