We ordered 1 chicken ranch burrito @ $5.50 1 soft taco combo @ $6.95 1 soft taco @ $2.95 Prices off of the menu... total $15.40 plus tax We paid 1 chicken ranch burrito @ $6.15 1 sm 16 oz @ $1.50 (didn't order, didn't recieve) 2 soft tacos @ $8 1 combo @ -.30 1 reg mexi (fries) @ 2.25 1 reg drink @ $1.75 Prices on receipt... $19.35 plus tax That's $3.95 overcharged. Even taking out the drink that we didn't order and didn't receive, that's $2.45 plus associated taxes overcharged. The register prices DON'T MATCH the menu prices! I'm certain their creative way of ringing up the combo, while they did deduct .30, added to the over charge. Compare the prices on the menu with the receipt. They seem to be taking a few extra bucks off of customers. A systematic over charge! Everyone is paying more than they expect! But wait, it gets worse! We obviously caught this, and went back to the register to have it corrected. The young man looked the receipt over, handed it back, said, "what do you want me to do about it?" And then walked away. Didn't care one bit, offered no solution, and then dismissed us as not important enough to attend to. We will never return here, and we'll make sure we let everyone know about this. It's certainly illegal to do this. There can be no excuse for stealing from your customers.

Very professional service at the super convenient drive-thru. Food is always very hot & fresh & orders have been 100% correct. They also offer the advertised specials that aren't available at all locations. The drive-thru is muffled & difficult to hear & the loud traffic next to the speaker makes it worse, but they repeat back the order, more than once kindly if it's hard to understand without any impatience. Highly recommend this location.

I've liked their food in the past but either their teenagers need better training or??? My salad I purchased had clumps of what looked like cooked spinach in it. Let me be clear, their salads are made with iceberg lettuce and pico de gallo. There might be cabbage too but I couldn't quite tell. Anyway there shouldn't have been clumps of cooked spinach. I spent a bit of time picking them all out. Since we were on our way somewhere, I couldn't go back and demand a better salad.

Just visited this location for the last time. This place USED to be great. We choose Taco Time because of the toppings bar... not because of their amazing prices or delicious tacos. But when other taco places have their toppings bar back open and this location doesn’t even provide you the option of toppings in containers at the drive through *yes, their lobby isn’t open either* we just can’t justify going back. Poor management, poor ownership, friendly employees though. Havent had casa sauce for months either. It’s like their are using Covid as an extreme and cheap excuse to be lazy and not offer most of the extras they used to. Why??? This place needs to do better!
