Ihop

So so so so slow. Operating at minimum capacity 4 parties dining at once and it still has taken over 25 minutes for our order and we're still waiting. Other parties that came after have been served already. We waited nearly an our just to get seated understanding we had to wait but I didn't realize everything would be an enormously long wait. Got here for breakfast and eating at lunch time. Tip: Order online, take it to go.

The reason for my rating is primarily because of customer service. The last few times I have gone, something always happens. The most recent visit, I had placed an online order for curbside. When I arrived, I called in to let them know I was in the parking lot. I waited and waited and nobody came out. Fifteen minutes later I get out of my car (so much for curbside) & asked about my order. Apparently my order had been sitting there for awhile & nobody thought to bring it out. 😶. Needless to say, I won't be going there again.

Waited almost an hour just for some pancakes, because our waitress completely forgot to put our order in. Wasn't until another waitress came and asked what what we ordered because she noticed that her party of 5 got their food before my girlfriend and myself and we placed our order 10 minutes BEFORE they even arrived! Our original waitress never asked us for refills, never brought out what we asked for unless we reminded her...the other waitress, who put our order in because our original waitress forgot asked us for refills, brought us a box, and our check. I understand we're in the middle of a pandemic, but there are only 5 tables for dine-in so how forgetful could you be for the only 2 tables you were serving! AND they're not sanitizing the tables, chairs, and etc. You barley see them wipe the tables down between parties, so I'm definitely not coming back until things get back to normal. Smh
