Taco Bell

My husband picked up dinner for our family here after he got off work. Most of the order was wrong, including his burritos and they gave us chicken quesadillas instead of cheese. There was some strange brown stuff in one of the nacho cheese cups we were given, and the chips that came with them tasted like chemicals. He said he was waiting for 10 minutes at the window because they forgot to hand him his order. I don't usually care to leave bad reviews of fast food places but something was wrong with every aspect of our order tonight.

Dining Room is always locked and Closed 24/7 and not bc of short staff but for the young employees to play thier loud music, smoke bud and just being lazy!! I have also witnessed several times the night shift sitting outside in a car smoking and talking then have the nerve to tell every single customer that would pull in that they were waiting on meet it would be there in about 20mins but they did this for almost 2hrs!! The Absolute worst CUSTOMER Service I have ever seen and I would not recommend going out to eat at the South Main Taco Bell

Can I give zero stars? Wasted trip across town. Third time in a few months that we’ve been there only to be told there was no inventory. No beef, no tomatoes, no tortillas, no Baja Mtn. Dew, no Cherry Fruitista freeze, really!? - and you can’t even turn around, you’re forced to wait in the drive-thru for however long, 20 minutes this time…

Worst TacoBell. If you have a choice, please don’t go here. Ordered through the mobile app. The girl in the window asked to wait in the parking lot as there were more cars. Waited for 10 mins and no one came. So went to the door and waved at her to remind that I am waiting. She came and said, she forgot my order and now they will make it. I let that go and waited for another 10 mins. No one came even to inform that the order is delayed. I went again to the door and knocked. The lady opened the door and rudely dismissed me not to bang the door and the food is prepared. I barely knocked the door. No apologies for the delay. After all this, there were 2 items missing. Escalated to TacoBell corporate about this franchise.
