Cashier is very friendly, but my burrito looked like someone stomped on it. I could not eat it. Would have gone back for a new one but of course I had already driven away and in a hurry.

FASTEST SERVICE EVER!!!! I placed a mobile order in the parking lot, got out of my car, and it was ready when I walked in the store! I ate in the dining room, and couldn’t help overhearing the employees conversing. They are polite to each other, and seem to have a great system worked out getting orders completed. Kudos to the manager on duty! 👍🏼💯

Awesome Cashier service, my food was perfect and hot like I requested; the fries were hot and delicious. The Cashier was attentive to what I requested which resulted in getting exactly what was ordered and a happy customer. I will definitely go there again when in the area.

I ordered a large diet dr pepper and a mcchicken plain. My order was correct other than the drink not being full. The mcchicken has a bit of spice to it so I really needed that drink!
When I brought it to their attention, they gave me a new drink. The manager, I assume so by how was dressed, was very nice and I felt well taken care of. I will definitely be back to this location!

Otw to Garrisburg to pick up a load with hubby. Food was fresh employees attitudes was bland. Don't hurt anyone to say good morning when spoken to, understand we all have not so food days but don't take it out on others. This world is just lost no manners, just rudeness, no self control. Everybody can't be mad or always wanna argue about something.Do better ppl!

This particular McDonald's here in Columbia South Carolina North main Street has the worst customer service hospitality service in any aspect that you can think of also food is poor not the original McDonald's expectation and it saddens me that this million dollar corporation has such franchise as this particular one. Attitudes discuss me and is not professional at all!!

McDonalds on N.Main is one of the best McDonald's in High Point. The new management and crew they have on day shift is Great!!! Every time I'll go there, they smile and greet me properly asking me how I'm doing. I order a medium frappe every time and it always comes out perfect! Thank y'all so much.

This McDonald's is the second worst in High Point. Poor customer service. I ordered 2 large teas and got mediums. I told the woman at the window and she said, "Okay sweetie, have a nice day". They also gave me the wrong dipping sauce. This is my second bad experience in as many visits. I won't go back!
