Wendy's

It was incredibly slow in line I was in line for over 45 minutes they were understaffed they were more focused on the drive-thru then the dining room that was several tables that were dirty there was no one to clean the dining room so I don't know why they had it open not the best experience that I've had at Wendy's but not the worst please hire some new people and I'm not sure who the manager was it was only one person on in there that I would consider a grown up he was an older man the rest of them are like teenagers.

Rude , nasty , & unacceptable . Was buying breakfast for work team with a work card , first we came back around cause one of the breakfast sandwiches was incorrectly made , got replaced fine . Had to come back around when saw mold on the bottom of one my mother , (we work together) was about to pull off & take a bite till she seen the mold 🤮 Then after we brought it up to the employees attention she refunded us for the one sandwich but the team wasn’t comfortable with eating the rest knowing it was mold on one so the boss said we needed to get a full refund , so we went back around and the employee we spoke to at the window had a attitude, said we were running up her drive time and was acting like she didn’t wanna be bothered with it cause we got refunded for one sandwich already my mom was explaining that she didn’t purchase it for herself and wasn’t trying to be difficult about it , she kept being rude and going off the manager wasn’t a issue and got our money back but I wouldn’t come back . And they need better customer service im just disappointed in the whole experience.

This evening, I went to Wendy's and ordered a 10 pc nugget large, Sprite (no ice); 2 double stacks with ketchup only, and a regular double stack. 1. The line was long but they were short staffed. I understand. 2. My order was WRONG. I received 2 cheeseburgers instead of double stacks and they were cold. According to the manager, the combo was entered as a small but I was given a large Sprite but a small fry. He didn't bring a large fry and the 2 replacement double stacks were COLD. I live 2 minutes away and everything was cold and nasty by the time I arrived home. 3. They didn't give out any receipts and I paid cash. I want my money back. Worst Wendy's experience ever.

I worked there for one day for a couple hours from like 9am until 1pm, they did not even put my time in to get that little paycheck. I absolutely will not work there again, the lady pressured me to know things and move faster it was my first day. I had to go to the bathroom because I was having an anxiety attack, then I had to leave which probably upseted them. I rather have a job that cares about my well being.

I pulled up to this Wendy’s at 7:30 AM. I waited for 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge that I was there. It took for the car next to me to drive up to the window for them notice that they had over five cars in line waiting to order. I called the store to make sure that they were actually opening somebody did answer the phone. Lord knows what they were doing but there’s no reason by should’ve been waiting that long. Not to mention whoever took my order clearly could not hear me because my order was wrong when I got to the window.
